You have likely seen recent news coverage about leadership transitions and challenges at the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus. I want to reach out directly with transparency and gratitude to share where we are and how we are moving forward.
Above all, our mission to support service members, Veterans, first responders, and their families remains steadfast. Our objective to honor their service, bolster their well-being, and ensure they have a place of belonging continues to guide every decision we make.
We have a strong team of Easterseals NH professionals who are stepping up and leaning in, as well as two recently hired employees dedicated to retreat center events, affording the time to seat a new interim leader and a new team. Operations across the Campus are running smoothly, and many Veterans Service Organizations remain active partners, continuing to provide essential support and engagement for those we serve.
We are also reaching out individually to residents living on the Campus to understand and address their concerns. Their voices matter deeply, and their trust is most certainly central to our work.
We are in the
process of hiring an interim leader for our Military & Veterans Campus. We are committed to keeping you informed as it progresses. Your support, especially during moments of change, strengthens the foundation on which this mission stands. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Michele Talwani, Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, mtalwani@eastersealsnh.org.
Thank you for standing with us, for believing in our work, and for helping us continue to serve those who have served with dignity and purpose. We are deeply appreciative of the important work you do each day, and we recognize that while the campus is one program within a larger organization, your dedication and contribution strengthen Easterseals NH & VT as a whole.
Be well,
Maureen Beauregard President & CEO Easterseals NH & VT
