The Many Voices Survey is Open for 2025!
The annual Many Voices, One Easterseals NH & VT Employee Engagement Survey opened for this year on October 27. There is still time to share your voice!

Why participate in the Many Voices survey? Agency leadership uses responses from the survey to make decisions about agency priorities and resources. Employee perspectives are important to that process.
In September, employees participated in Listening Sessions with Leadership. Leaders heard from employees about technology, communication, scheduling, the need for training, and the need for mental health support. Since then, the agency has:
- Adjusted mobile phone security settings to minimize log-in barriers
- Started planning for a bereavement support group for employees
- Provided customized workplace safety training
- Started the Supervisor Skill Builders management training program
Leaders need more information from you about your team’s culture and the resources, training, and support you need to do your job well. The Many Voices survey asks about:
- If technology works for you
- How you want to receive important information
- Training topics you are interested in
- If you feel like you belong at Easterseals NH & VT
