Staff VIP Event Updates: PIE-PALOOZA and More!

Happy Friday from all of us at Connect!

You may have heard the news about PIE-PALOOZA taking place NEXT Tuesday, March 14 (aka Pi Day!). Here’s why we are promoting this fundraising event among staff.

Every year, Easterseals NH, VT & Farnum’s Very Important Partners (VIPartners) rally friends, family, and colleagues to fundraise for Easterseals programs that support more than 19,000 individuals and their families. It’s a wave of giving that gets bigger with each person who joins our campaign.

The goal for the 2023 VIPartner Campaign is to raise $460,000 by May 31. Now more than ever, we need you to help us get the word out. Anyone can be a VIP – especially you!

Upcoming Staff VIPartner Events:

PIE-PALOOZA:

Check out the flyers in your respective NH or VT office to see when your team will celebrate next Tuesday, March 14. Bring your favorite pie (or 2!) and $5 to sample and vote for pies
you love. Recipes are welcome too!

Petal Pals:

This event will take place in April – stay tuned for the how and when, but plan to purchase flowers for your favorite coworkers to be delivered!

Staff and Client Auction:

We’re bringing back a staff favorite and offering items, experiences, local restaurant gift cards, and client artwork of all varieties to be auctioned online toward the end of May. Stay tuned for the launch of this online site and get your virtual bidding paddles ready to help us raise money for our favorite Easterseals programs!

Other Ways to Get Involved:

Want to participate in our VIPartner Campaign but can’t attend these events? We’ve got you covered. You can make a straightforward donation through your paycheck at any time. Click here to complete the form to make a one-time donation or have money come from each paycheck. Every donation, no matter how small, can greatly impact the clients we serve and the work we do!

Fun fact: In years past, we’ve had fun Staff VIP competitions between our staff and board to see who can raise the most money for our VIP Campaign. In 2022, our Board snuck out a victory. Let’s work together to take back that title!
